Dave Clark, Blaine City Council Dave Clark serves on the City Council for Blaine Minnesota, representing Ward 2. My family and I have been residents of Blaine since 1991.

I work for Malco Products as their New Business Development Manager, and have been with them since 2000. I am a graduate of Totino-Grace High School (1982), Mankato State University (1987, BS Business), and The University of St. Thomas (1998, MBA)

My lovely wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary this past May. We have 4 wonderful children, who clearly take after their mother. We have

been an active family, with our kids being involved in Blaine Youth Soccer, Little League baseball, dance, school plays, speech team, swimming team, Blaine Youth Hockey, and church youth group at one time or another. I’ve also been an active parent, being a coach in baseball, an assistant coach in mite hockey, and a Dancing Dad with my girls. All of our kids are in, or have gone through, the public school system: Madison Elementary, Northdale Middle School, and Blaine High School.
