At or about 10:35 am, the Blairsville Borough Police Department was dispatched to East Market Street for a tree down blocking the roadway. The tree did cause minor damage to a vehicle. The street was closed for about 40 minutes while the tree was removed. A special thank you to the Blairsville Volunteer Fire Department and the borough crew for the removal of the tree and assisting traffic control.
