Are you harboring feelings and emotions you can't quite explain or have you ever grieved something that never actually happened?
Maybe it was the marriage you dreamed of.
The child you prayed for.
The career that never took off.
The relationship you believed would last.
The opportunity that slipped away.
The apology you never received.
The version of yourself you thought you'd be by now.
For the past several weeks on Tuesday Night Truths, we've been having honest conversations about "Grieving What Didn't Happen." We've talked about the pain of mourning what never was, and the truth is, so many people are carrying grief they don't even realize they're carrying.
Because grief doesn't always look like tears.
Sometimes it looks like anger.
Sometimes it looks like isolation.
Sometimes it looks like constantly staying busy.
Sometimes it shows up as fear, anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, trust issues, emotional numbness, or patterns you can't seem to break.
Unprocessed grief has a way of disguising itself.
Many people think grief only comes after death, but there are many different types of grief. We grieve lost relationships, broken dreams, miscarriages, divorce, rejection, betrayal, unmet expectations, transitions, identity shifts, lost opportunities, and seasons that didn't turn out the way we hoped.
And if we don't process that grief, it has a way of processing us.
That's why I'm excited to announce The Hidden Faces of Grief Seminar, a safe place to uncover what's been hidden beneath the surface.
Together, we'll explore:
✨ The different types of grief
✨ The hidden ways grief shows up in our everyday lives
✨ The stages of grief and how they affect our emotions, relationships, decisions, and healing journey
✨ Practical and biblical strategies to help you recognize it, process it, and move toward healing
This seminar isn't about staying stuck in your pain.
It's about understanding it...
Confronting it...
Healing from it...
And moving forward with freedom.
You don't have to keep carrying what you've never had the chance to process.
Healing begins when we acknowledge what's been hidden.
