Enjoy an afternoon and evening filled with candy, games, fun activities, sweet treats, and spooky Halloween trails leading to our Trick-or-Treat Campground. Don’t forget to wear your favorite Halloween costume! 🧙‍♀️🦇

Today was supposed to be a day of celebration as we welcomed visitors to our annual Kolomoki Festival. Instead, we spent the day cleaning up the park in the aftermath of Hurricane Isaias.

Although the weather turned out beautiful, the day was a reminder that Mother Nature doesn’t always follow our plans. As we worked to clear debris and restore the park, we couldn’t help but have flashbacks to Hurricane Michael, which struck exactly eight years ago today.

While today looked different than we had hoped, our focus remains on taking care of the park we love and preparing to welcome our visitors back. Thank you for your continued support and understanding as we work through the cleanup.

October brings one of our busiest and most exciting seasons to the park! 🍂 Between our annual Kolomoki Festival, Campground Trick-or-Treat, and all the fun in between, there will be plenty happening around the park.

And don’t worry—we’re still making time for our regular weekend programs and activities, too! There’s always something to see, do, and experience at Kolomoki. 🌿
