Hill Country Western Showcase The Hill Country Western Showcase will take place on the grounds of Buggy Barn Museum, Blanco, Texas on the first FULL weekend in November.

Buggy Barn Museum is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. The Museum has
always been dedicated to providing a unique opportunity to step back in time
and experience first-hand the carriages which had such a significant role in our
history and heritage. All funds collected are used to expand our collection and
promote the preservation of this important era through educational programs
highlightin

g the historical role of carriages in the cultural, social, and economical
development of our country. Buggy Barn Museum is located at 1915 Hwy 281 North in beautiful Blanco,
Texas and is home to more than 70 unique buggies and carriages, with no two
the same and is family owned and operated. It features carriages that have
been in movies such as There Will Be Blood, the remake of True Grit,
Lonesome Dove, Hidalgo, the newly released Abraham Lincoln, Vampire
Hunter, and coming out soon, Redemption. There are a variety of eye
catchers, including a hearse and 1903 Studebaker. Buggy Barn Museum is a
501(c)3, which is a non-profit organization, and we are dedicated to providing
a unique opportunity to step back in time to experience the carriages which had
such a significant role in our history and heritage. We plan to continue to
expand our collection and promote the preservation of this important era. We
value the importance of education and want to be active in the schools, by
providing them with learning opportunities including, but not limited to, field
trips.

Our 6th Annual HCWS is scheduled for November 4,2017. This year it will only be ONE DAY ONLY, so make sure you write it down so you don't miss the fun!

Dan Mink, the Rhinestone Roper, will be performing at our Hill Country Western Showcase this year! We are beyond excited to welcome him back!!
The Rhinestone Roper is an exciting interactive Wild West traveling show that has both entertained and thrilled audiences coast-to-coast and border-to-border for the past 20 years. This show has all the traditional Wild West Skills - trick roping, bullwhip cracking, knife and tomahawk, trick horses, and more! You may have even seen Dan make the Quarter Finals on America's Got Talent!!!
Dan, joined on stage by wife Yvonne and daughter Emilee, have interwoven their world class act and knowledge of the old west into a 45 minute show full of music, laughs and audience participation.
You definitely won't want to miss a minute of this show!
