Over the past two weeks, our Monday night training sessions have focused on familiarizing personnel with Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBAs). In addition to familiarization, personnel have also practiced search and rescue techniques. These exercises have taken place in a smoke-filled room with zero visibility, utilizing thermal imaging cameras to navigate. If you are interested in joining our district or learning more about our operations, please do not hesitate to contact us or attend one of our training sessions. We are always seeking new candidates to join our team and contribute to making a positive impact. - Deputy Chief Dial
