📢 Wood County residents can sign up now for a new emergency notification system to stay alert during severe weather and other potential emergencies.

Wood County Alert (powered by Everbridge) will be used to send local notifications about severe weather, emergencies, road closures, public safety alerts, and other important updates. Users can choose how they prefer to be contacted, including by text message, phone call, email, or a mobile app.

The new system replaces Wood County’s previous emergency notification platform, CodeRED. It is important to note that prior registrations for CodeRed will not transfer, and all users will need to create a new account to receive alerts.

** Update: 9-1-1 is restored and any emergency calls can be placed via 9-1-1 again. **

9-1-1 is down at this time due to a Statewide Frontier outage. Any emergency calls please use 419-354-9001 , ext 9 to reach dispatch until they have been repaired. We will update when the issue is fixed.

Eagleville Joint Ambulane District

Regular Monthly Meetings:

Eagleville Joint Ambulane District meetings are now going to be held once a month on the 4th Wednesday at 6:00 pm at 206 Vine St. Bloomdale, OH 44817. The Board of Trustees approved and passed a resolution to go from two meetings a month to once a month.

The EJAD meetings will now be as follows:

March 25, 2026 August 26, 2026
April 22, 2026. September 23, 2026
May 27, 2026. October 28, 2026
June 24, 2026. November 25, 2026
July 22, 2026. December 23, 2026

Some meetings are subject to change or cancelation due to holidays, etc.
