NOTICE: The Bloomfield Township Assessing Department will be conducting field inspections throughout Bloomfield Township as part of its ongoing property assessment and record maintenance program. These inspections help ensure that property records are accurate and up to date. Staff may be verifying exterior property characteristics, measuring structures, reviewing recent improvements, or updating photographs and assessment data. Assessing staff will carry Township identification and will not request entry into occupied homes unless an appointment has been scheduled in advance. In most cases, inspections are limited to exterior observations.

We appreciate residents’ cooperation as we work to maintain fair and equitable property assessments throughout the Township.

Starting June 1st, the Road Commission for Oakland County (RCOC) will be closing westbound 14 Mile Road and northbound Franklin Road at the Franklin/14 Mile intersection for road work. The closures are expected to last about 2 months.

Season 50 of Survivor may be over, but Primary Season of the 2026 Elections is just getting started! Are you ready? Make sure you are registered to vote. Check your status at https://mvic.sos.state.mi.us/Voter/Index.

Primary elections require electors to vote in one "tribe" as they say, Republican or Democrat. Voting for both tribes invalidates all the partisan votes. This does not affect their ability to vote on any proposals on the ballot.
