Spaces are available for THIS Wednesday at 5:30 pm to attend Parliamentary Procedures training. This workshop will help 4-H members and club leaders take control of their meetings to make them more effective, efficient, and accessible to all members. This workshop will outline and explain typical club officer roles and teach the basics of using Parliamentary Procedure to keep meetings moving while ensuring everyone has a say. This workshop is hands-on, fun, and suitable to current club officers and any club members interested in taking an active role in club decisions. Training will take place at Bowers School Farm in Bloomfield Hills.

Discovery Day is a free family event open to all that provides fun and educational activities for the whole family. Join us for fun games, live animal presentations, and a variety of interactive, hands-on activities – all brought to you by local organizations and 4-H clubs! Information will be available about joining 4-H and exhibiting at the Oakland County Fair. 4-H Discovery Day is one of the most popular 4-H events of the year. Don’t miss it!

Kicking off our Class of 2022 spotlight is Caroline who graduated from Bloomfield Hills High School and will be attending Northern Michigan University in the fall.

Caroline is a member of Bowers 4-H Club.

Her favorite 4-H memory is raising a heifer project and winning at fair.

We can't wait to see all of the great things you will do.

Market Animal Tag In
Livestock Tag In will be Saturday, May 7 from 9 am to 1 pm.
We will be tagging in lambs, goats, calves and pigs. You can also pick up your cherry tomato plants and order your broiler chicks during this time. Cherry Tomato Plants will be limited to one per exhibitor. Broiler chicks may also be ordered online using the form below.

To help the day run smoothly we are requesting that you schedule a time to tag your animals in. Please use one slot per exhibitor per sign up. We have two tag in sign ups. One sign up is for lambs and goats. The second sign up is for calves and pigs. Please use the links below to access sign up Genius to sign up for a time slot.
