BTFD Charities Fire Department Charities and Benevolent Fund raising for Burn Treatment, Prevent Juvenile Arson, Assist Local individuals and to Help our own in need.

The Bloomfield Township Firefighters Charities (BTFD) works year round to help fund burn treatment research, prevent juvenile arson, assist local individuals in need and support community-based assistance programs. Since its beginning in the mid-1980s, BTFD has raised approximately $470,000.00 for these causes.

This week, we had the privilege of donating toys to Corewell Health Children’s in Southeast Michigan, bringing joy to hospitalized children during Christmas and cheer to those in need throughout the year. Thanks to our donors and Target Bloomfield Township's generous support, which doubled our donation, we're able to give back. We're grateful for our community's support, enabling us to make a real difference. Happy Holidays!
