Northeastern Sullivan County in southwestern Indiana...
Southwestern Clay County in west central Indiana...

* Until 715 PM EDT.

* At 622 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 7 miles north of Sullivan, or 18 miles south of Terre
Haute, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
Jasonville, Shelburn, Farmersburg, Clay City, Hymera, Coalmont, and
Saline City.

Instruction: TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest

This hazardous weather outlook is for central Indiana.
DAY ONE...Tonight.

Thunderstorms are expected this afternoon into tonight with some
severe storms possible, mainly from through 100 AM EDT. Damaging
winds and isolated tornadoes are the primary threats from the storms.

Lightning is also a threat with any thunderstorm.

In addition, moderate to heavy rainfall is expected this afternoon
into tonight which may lead to localized flooding and increase
current minor river flooding.
DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Additional thunderstorms are possible Monday and again Wednesday
through Saturday.
