Staff Member of the Week – Matt Rash
When we talk about being a true team player, Matt Rash is a perfect example!
Matt joined Bloomfield School District in August, making the move all the way from North Dakota to become part of our team. Since arriving, Matt has demonstrated an incredible willingness to step up and help wherever he is needed. Most recently, when an opening became available in High School Biology, Matt willingly accepted the challenge of teaching our biology and dual credit courses to ensure our students continue to have these important opportunities.
What I appreciate most about Matt is his attitude. No matter what challenge comes his way, he approaches it with a smile, a positive outlook, and a genuine desire to do what’s best for our students. He never hesitates to lend a hand, take on a new responsibility, or do whatever is needed to help our school succeed.
We are so fortunate to have Matt as part of our Bloomfield family. His flexibility, dedication, and team-first attitude are wonderful examples of what makes our staff so special.
