New EV Chargers Coming to Salmon Park

New electric vehicle (EV) chargers have been completed at Salmon Park and will be ready for public use soon!

We’re excited to add EV charging infrastructure to our community and provide a convenient option for residents and visitors with electric vehicles.

The chargers are not yet available for use, but we’ll keep the community updated as we get closer to activation.

🚧 WATER LEAK & ROAD CLOSURE

There is a small water leak on N. Frontier. Thank you to citizen Thomas for calling it in and helping us identify the issue.

Crews will be on-site at 7:30 a.m. to assess and begin repairs. We will provide updates as the repair progresses.

⚠️ ROAD CLOSURE:
N. Frontier from Honeylocust to Highland will be closed beginning at 7:30 a.m. Please use an alternate route and allow crews room to work safely.

🚨 **City Offices Closed Today**

Due to the ongoing water leak and the resulting loss of water service, all City offices will be closed today.

City crews are continuing to work to locate and repair the remaining leak and restore water service as quickly as possible.

Update, 3:20 p.m.:

Both previously reported water line breaks have been repaired. Unfortunately, another water line break has occurred.

City crews are aware of the new break and are working to assess the situation and make repairs as quickly as possible.

We appreciate everyone’s continued patience and understanding as our crews work to restore and maintain water service. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Update at 8:55 a.m.

The leak has been successfully isolated, and repairs are now underway. Our crews are working to restore water service as quickly as possible.

At this time, we do not know how long the repairs will take, but we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

City crews have repaired one water leak and are now working to locate a second leak. To help identify the problem, crews are temporarily shutting down water service in sections of town.
