This bike was turned into the Police Department by a citizen. It was found laying in a yard here in town. If you can prove it’s yours or know who’s it is please contact us.

A huge thank you to Girl Scout Troop 1327 for stopping by the Law Center for a tour! We truly enjoyed having you visit. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and positive attitudes made it a pleasure to spend time with your troop. We hope you had as much fun learning about what we do as we had sharing it with you. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our community for coming together to assist in the search for Alvin Haines. The outpouring of support and willingness to help during such a difficult time is a true reflection of the strength and compassion of our community.

Our hearts are with Alvin’s family and loved ones as they navigate this unimaginable loss.

A special thank you to the Davis County Sheriff’s Office for organizing and coordinating the search efforts, as well as to every agency, volunteer, and community member who gave their time and resources to help. Your dedication and teamwork did not go unnoticed.

The Davis County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a missing endangered man. 76 year old Alvin Haynes was last seen Thursday, June 25th at approximately 7:00 p.m. at his home in the 18000 block of Impala Trail. it is reported that Mr. Haines left his home on foot without speaking to family members and his destination was unknown. Mr. Haines is living with dementia. He is 5' 10" tall with brown eyes, bald and has a mustache. He was last known to be wearing a green button-up shirt and slippers. The Sheriff's Office would also ask that any residents or property owners in the area where Mr. Haines went missing from, could please check any outbuildings, vehicles and trail cameras. If you see or believe that you have seen Alvin please call 911.
