I had seen little bodies scurrying and heard giggles in the lobby. By the time I made it out they were gone. Just like the good ol days May flowers were left to remind us all of new beginnings and love spread throughout a community. If anyone needs a lesson on calendar management, she is the expert. I am genuinely amazed by how she keeps us all organized. Merriam-Webster defines "backbone" as "the foundation or most substantial or sturdiest part of something." At the Bloomfield Police Department, we define it as Sabrina Yahnke.

Congrats to Zaylee Clark on being the district champion! Also congrats to Mickey Burns, Nevaeh Link and Jaden Garrett for punching their ticket in and heading to individual state tournament. They will complete 2/10/2026 in Waterloo, IA at 9:00am for individuals.

They will compete as a team on 02/12/2026 at 3:00pm in Waterloo, IA. This will include Zaylee Clark Mickey Burns, Nevaeh Link, Jaden Garrett, TJ Bridgeman, Kinsley Allen.
