The New Mexico Fire Marshals Association Annual Conference is coming to Ruidoso, New Mexico, and NMIAAI is proud to support quality training opportunities that help strengthen fire prevention and fire investigation across our state.

Don’t miss “From Compliance to Cause” presented by Lt. William Skaggs, FIT, ECT.

🔥 Topics Include:
✅ Connecting fire code violations to real-world fire events
✅ Understanding when non-compliance becomes a contributing cause
✅ Accountability and its role in life safety
✅ Using inspections to prevent future fires
✅ Lessons learned from actual incidents and investigations
✅ Moving beyond “checking the box” to making a difference

As investigators, inspectors, and fire service professionals, our job isn’t just finding violations—it’s understanding why they matter and how they impact the communities we serve.

Better Inspections. Stronger Communities. Fewer Fires.

Join us at the 2026 New Mexico Fire Marshals Association Conference and take part in training designed to connect prevention, enforcement, and investigation into a complete picture of community safety.
