The Team offers genetics education, patient advocacy and some individualized financial assistance. Located in Bloomington, 2651 E Discovery Parkway serves all of south central Indiana. To further assist you, here is a list of community resources available for cancer patients as well as family members and friends. Call 812.353.5669 to access the following:
•Free one-on-one counseling with oncology certified nurses, including inpatient visitation for patients and family members, as requested
•Genetics education and testing
•GIRL Friend Fund for those with financial needs (provided by private donations and other fundraising events.
•Community/employee health fair visits and cancer speaker’s bureau
•Annual skin cancer screening and prevention campaign
