Summit Hill CDC has established the following tenant selection plan in accordance with the latest rules and regulations issued by HUD and that it’s Project Based Voucher units are operated in a manner that is effective, efficient, and beneficial to residents.

The following is the proposed new TENANT SELECTION PLAN.

A complete copy of the agency’s proposed TENANT SELECTION PLAN, has been posted to SHCDC’s website (www.bhaindiana.net).

A complete copy of the proposed TENANT SELECTION PLAN can also be viewed at the Community Development Corporation’s main office (1007 N Summit St., Bloomington, IN 47404) Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.

SHCDC welcomes public comment on the proposed changes to its TENANT SELECTION PLAN from June 2 to June 19, 2026. Written comments can be mailed to the attention of Janice Price at the Housing Authority’s main office or emailed to [email protected]
