• Plagiarized material that potentially violates intellectual property rights;
• Private, personal information published without consent;
• Commercial promotions or spam;
• Off topic or that link to material that is off topic;
• Embedded images from external sources;
• Violate any law or promote the violation of any law;
• Encourage or constitute prohibited discriminatory or harassing conduct; and/or
• Made by a person masquerading as someone else. Additionally, the City reserves the right to terminate a person's ability to post comments/materials or otherwise participate in the City's social media sites when the person has repeatedly posted any of the above listed inappropriate comments/materials. Given that posts and comments appear in real-time, it is impossible for the City to review a post or comment before it becomes publicly readable. The City cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any post or comment. As a user of the City’s social media sites, you are responsible for the content of your posts and/or comments and shall indemnify the City in respect to any costs, expenses, losses, damages, or claims arising out of your use of the City’s social media sites, including posts or comments made by you. You further consent to your post being removed for any of the reasons set forth in this disclaimer or for administrative reasons, including deletion of old posts or comments.
