Please join us for our 15th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday, Sept. 20th. This free event will include food, games, and recognition for our dedicated volunteers, generous donors, and community partners.

New Hope for Families invites the community to join us in celebrating 15 years of keeping local families together and helping them through the crisis of homelessness into lasting stability.

We are pleased to partner with CrossFit Bloomington to share our mission, connect with our community, make new friends, and put in some work on improving our fitness with a special event this Saturday, August 15th. All are welcome to attend. Donations are appreciated, but not required to participate.

Congratulations to our New Hope Early Learning Center team on this accomplishment, completing the 2022 cohort from infancy to kindergarten!

We did it!

A huge congratulations to Roy! He graduated preschool today and is heading to kindergarten, along with some of our other little friends!

What makes today even more special for New Hope Early Learning Center is that Roy started with us during our first year at our new building in 2022.

Ms. Jada and Ms. Shannon also joined New Hope Early Learning Center in 2022 and have watched Roy grow from a toddler to a preschooler and now to a kindergartener.
Ms. Jada was Roy's teacher in our ones classroom and our twos classroom, providing continuity of care, until he joined the preschool classroom.

Mrs. Huma (not pictured) also joined the New Hope Early Learning Center team in 2022. In addition to Roy, two more friends from our first cohort also graduated to kindergarten today.

Thank you to Roy's mom Macey for being such a wonderful family to work with over the last four years. We are going to miss Macey just as much as we are going to miss Roy and his classmates.

✨ Teen-Friendly Opportunities: New Hope Early Learning Center Service Day ✨

New Hope for Families' Early Learning Center is seeking several volunteers to assist with resetting classrooms in preparation for the new academic year. Tasks may include deep-cleaning the ELC’s four classrooms, moving furniture, patching drywall, painting, and assembling cribs.

📅 Dates & Times: August 3 & 4, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
⚠️ Age Requirements: Teens 14-15 may volunteer with a parent or guardian; Teens Ages 16+ may volunteer alone with a signed parent authorization.

Thank you to all the shoppers at Bloomingfoods Co-op Market for your support during June's Positive Change register round up. Your generosity will help provide meals and nutritious snacks for children at our Early Learning Center and continue to grow our acclaimed “Plot to Tot” educational garden program. This support is especially important as increased food costs have significantly impacted New Hope and the clients we serve.

There's one week left to come out and round up for New Hope! We are grateful to our community for the amazing support we have already received so far this month through Bloomingfoods Co-op Market's Positive Change program. It's proof positive that every little donation adds up to make a major difference. There's still time to participate, but only until the end of June. We hope we see you the next time we're at Bloomingfoods!
