Clients in DSI Bloomington's Program enjoy regular visits to the YMCA, where they participate in exercise and movement activities that support their overall well-being.

These outings provide opportunities to stay active, build healthy habits, and enjoy time in the community. We love creating meaningful experiences that help the people we serve live healthy, fulfilling lives!

🌸 Self-care is the best care! 🌸

At DSI Bloomington's Reach Program, we host a Spa Day about twice a month, giving clients the opportunity to come in with their staff and enjoy some well-deserved pampering. 💅😊

Madi and Brooks are two of our regular Spa Day fans and always have a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the experience. ❤️

We love creating opportunities for fun, self-care, and confidence-building for the people we serve!

🎉 Giving back to our community! 🎉

The DSI Bloomington Reach Program visits Hoosier Hills Food Bank twice each month to volunteer and help pack food donations. During our most recent volunteer day, our clients and staff worked hard to pack 12 crates filled with 6 bags of cereal each! 👏💪

We are proud to support Hoosier Hills Food Bank and make a positive impact in our community. Great job to everyone who helped! 😊❤️

A big thank you to the generous donor who gifted the DSI Bloomington Reach Program a new Cube video game console! 🎮💙

Our Reach Program participants were excited to put it to use and spent one afternoon enjoying a friendly game of basketball together. There was plenty of laughter, encouragement, and fun as everyone took turns playing and cheering each other on. Moments like these help build friendships, create lasting memories, and make our time together even more meaningful. 😊🏀✨

Another Golf for Independence in the books! 🏌️‍♀️⛳ Thank you to everyone who came out to play, volunteer, and support inclusion in our community. ⛳

Last Wednesday was an incredible day on the course! Golf for Independence brought together golfers, volunteers, and community partners for a day full of sunshine, friendly competition, and real connection — all in support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across Monroe County and beyond.

We are so grateful to our sponsors, whose generosity made this event possible. Your investment reflects a shared belief in building stronger, more inclusive communities where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, work, and thrive.

Thank you also to every golfer, volunteer, and DSI supporter who showed up and made the day so lively. Every swing and every sponsorship helped transform a day on the course into meaningful impact for individuals and families we serve.
