Here is an update from the state party regarding updated deadline for ballots to be received:

To be safe, please postmark by Friday, January 29, 2021 to ensure your ballot is received and counted.

: CADEM has never seen a record level of participation in the ADEM process. In 8 weeks, we’ve responded to more than 5,300 inquiries and organized the distribution of nearly 170,000 requested ballots – 75% of which were requested in the last 7 days of registration. We are thrilled about your activism; and with a high number of ballots requested late in the process in combination of additional printing, processing and mailing, we’ve decided to extend a few deadlines.

Thank you for your patience as we maximize the opportunity for the voices of California Democrats participating in this process to be uplifted.
