The 2025 Indiana College Substance Use Survey (ICSUS) is coming soon!

2- and 4-year institutions of higher education across the state of Indiana are invited to register for the Spring 2025 ICSUS. The survey is funded by the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addiction and administered by Prevention Insights at the Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington. It collects data on student substance use, gambling, and other risky behaviors.

Reach out to your local institution(s) to see if they are registered and to voice your support.

If you’re not affiliated with an Indiana college or university, you can still get excited about ICSUS! Community coalitions that understand harmful behaviors among college students can identify which behaviors start in high school or earlier, and can intervene before these issues escalate. Coalitions and institutions of higher learning can share data and collaborate to make the case for local policies and resources that benefit college students and members of the wider community.

To learn more about what ICSUS data can do for your community, check out the resources on our website: https://collegesurvey.indiana.edu/
