Working the booth at the Monroe County Fair. We love talking to people and giving out informative booklets, patriotic wrist bands, and we, of course, have lolly pops for kids.

June 14, 1777. The Stars and Stripes became OUR flag. 🇺🇸

50 stars. One nation.

The Army was also born on this date in 1775, so today we celebrate both.

Happy Flag Day from the Monroe County Republican Party.

📢 PRESS RELEASE

As Republicans, we say we believe in limited government, fiscal responsibility, transparency, accountability, and local control.

That is why the Monroe County Republican Party supports allowing the Ellettsville/Richland Township reorganization proposal to continue forward to public referendum.

Voters deserve the chance to read the proposal, ask questions, weigh the facts, and make the final decision themselves at the ballot box.

That should not be controversial. That is how representative government is supposed to work.

Too often, people show up, speak out, ask serious questions, and still feel like decisions were already made without them. This process gives the public a real opportunity to be heard and to decide for themselves what is best for their future..

🗳️ Let the voters decide.
🏛️ Respect the process.
✅ Keep the decision with the public.

Today we remember the courage, sacrifice, and resolve of the men who stormed the beaches of Normandy on June 6, 1944.

Their bravery changed the course of history and secured the freedoms we continue to defend today.

We honor & remember those who never made it home. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is a reminder that freedom has never come without sacrifice.

We enjoy freedoms every day because generations of men and women were willing to sacrifice everything for this country. That kind of courage and service should never be taken for granted.

Please take a moment today to remember the fallen, honor their families, and reflect on the cost of freedom.

Always remember. Forever grateful. 🇺🇸

Chairman Cory Grass endorses Max Engling for Secretary of State:

“Several weeks ago I endorsed Diego Morales for Secretary of State, believing he was the best candidate. However, at this time I am withdrawing that endorsement. Max Engling, a key member of Senator Jim Banks’ team, has now entered the race and has my full support. Max will do a great job unifying our party and secure a win this November to keep the Secretary of State’s Office under Republican leadership.”

Thank you, Governor Braun.

Early voting began today. We don't have any contested races, but you are encouraged to vote anyway. The democrats and their TDS has them fired up to vote. We need to get out and support Erin Houchin, Dave Hall for State Representative, and Marty Hawk to show them how much we love our office holders. By having a good turnout, we can show others who would like to run for office that we can do well in Monroe County.
