Check this out! This is the old service elevator motor being removed during the roof demolition! Estimated weight 3000 pounds! Thinking it may be great yard art in a beer garden!

This is what a 100 year old roof system looked like. The black is from more than one fire that had been set in the building.
Before a new roof, the old one had to be removed! Making progress!

Historic building in Bloomington, IN on the B-Line trail that is being restored. Built in 1922 and provided petroleum products to the Bloomington community until 2005. Environmental cleanup complete with a NFA (No Further Action) from IDEM. Looking for that end user, Brewery? Distillery? Restaurant?
