Help shape a safer Rogers/Madison/Kinser corridor! We're moving forward with the next phase of this corridor study, focused on making our streets safer and more accessible for everyone.

Join us for a public workshop on Tuesday, Sept. 1, from 5:30–7 p.m. at Switchyard Park Pavilion, 1601 S. Rogers St., to review early design concepts and share your thoughts.

Can’t make it in person? Share your feedback via our online survey at bton.in/rmk2s. Your voice matters—keep an eye out for more chances to get involved as the project continues.

Have an idea that could get more people walking, rolling, or biking in Bloomington? Our "Local Motion" grant could give your organization or business up to $2,400 to make it happen.

Past awards have included:
• A rollator lending program at Monroe County Public Library (Indiana)
• Bike repair equipment for Bloomington Community Bicycle Project
• A bike maintenance station at Summit Hill Community Land Trust
• A kids’ bike club at Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington

Applications are due Friday, October 9. Nonprofits, neighborhood associations, and local businesses are encouraged to apply. More information at: https://bloomington.in.gov/grants/local-motion

Today's the day! We’re looking forward to seeing everyone at the Welcome Week Bike Tour tonight!

We’ll roll out from Showalter Fountain around 5:15pm so feel free to join us anytime before then. Along the way, we’ll stop at City Hall for bike lights, bike-blended smoothies, and tons of transportation resources.

We need your input! The City of Bloomington Planning and Transportation Department is launching the Rogers St./Madison St./Kinser Pk. Corridor Study and invites the community to participate in and guide this study. This first step of the study is to understand from you what works well now, what could be improved, and how you feel traveling along and across the corridor.

Attend a Public Workshop: Wednesday, March 25 from 5:30 - 7:30pm at the Switchyard Park Pavilion, 1601 S Rogers St.

Participate in a Stroll & Discuss: Tuesday, March 24 at 10:30am and Wednesday, March 25 at 1:30pm. Join staff on a walk along the corridor to discuss what is working well and what could be improved. Sign up here: bton.in/rmksd
