Thank you, Representative Leadbeter, for all your efforts in safeguarding our children! We will support you again this November! 🇺🇸

I am proud to announce that my efforts were successful in securing more than $1.04 million to support students and schools in the 109th District. These grants from the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD) will strengthen school security, help prevent violence, and support a safe learning environment for students, teachers, and staff.

The allocations are as follows:
• Berwick Area School District: $221,030.
• Central Columbia School District: $182,043.
• Bloomsburg Area School District: $169,091.
• Southern Columbia Area School District: $155,139.
• Benton Area School District: $126,221.

Very disturbing that these are the actions of our Governor. Please read. Below is an excerpt from this article. This November let’s send Shapiro packing.
🇺🇸

State Sen. Jarrett Coleman, a Republican who has tracked the Shapiro administration’s handling of public records, said the pattern described in this story fits a larger picture.

“The Shapiro administration has a transparency problem; they avoid responsibility until they get caught,” Coleman said. “There is a clear and ongoing pattern of behavior where the Shapiro administration acts as if they are above and beyond the need to provide information required by law. It shouldn’t require a legislative subpoena or court order to resolve these requests, but time and again that’s the path the Governor chooses to take.”

"There is a structural gap in Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law, and the governor’s office has found it, using it to run out the clock on both the designated appeals agency and requesters to keep documents from becoming public."
