On April 8 at approximately 1320 Magnolia VFD was dispatched to a vehicle accident involving a rollover with people entrapped on hwy 275. First on scene immediately called for additional resources as the vehicle was upside down and had potential of vehicle rolling down a steep embankment. Our rescue truck arrived and secured the vehicle with a winch and extrication initiated. One patient was removed immediately. The other was removed with critical injuries and immediately taken to the airport for transport to a local trauma center. Thanks goes out to CCSO FHP CCEMS Survival Flight 21 and Mallory’s Towing for such a quick response.

This means no outside burning at all no matter how small. Local authorities are not playing with offenders. JUST DONT BURN!!!! This is a low humidity and windy event that will make a catastrophic event happen very quickly. Respect your community and first responders by obeying the law.

We thank you in advance
Your Magnolia VFD and other local first responders
