With a heat advisory in effect this week, Calumet Township would like to remind residents that our Community Center is available as a Cooling Center for anyone needing relief from the extreme temperatures. Staying cool and hydrated is essential during periods of excessive heat, especially for seniors, young children, and individuals with health concerns.

As temperatures rise, Calumet Township is here to help keep our residents safe and comfortable. Our Cooling Center is available for anyone needing relief from the heat in a cool, air-conditioned environment.

Yesterday was a beautiful day on the water with our group aboard the Odyssey River Cruise!

From the stunning Chicago views to great food, good conversation, and plenty of laughs, we had a wonderful time enjoying the city from a different perspective. It was a day filled with fun, friendship, and memories that will last long after the cruise ended.
