We also provide in-transit tags for vehicles purchased in Pennsylvania
that will be titled in another state. Our team includes two on-site notaries who can assist with any documents that need notarization. Whether you've bought a new vehicle, are moving to Pennsylvania, or simply need to renew your registration, we are here to help and make the process easy and pleasant! What to Bring:
Please bring the following items to your appointment:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license or ID
- Valid insurance ID card
- Title (notarized if applicable)
- Lien information or lien release (if applicable)
- Bill of sale (if applicable)

If you are bringing a vehicle from out of state into Pennsylvania, we kindly request that you bring the vehicle to your appointment or provide a picture of the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). The VIN is located on the lower driver’s side of the windshield or in the driver’s side door jam. For trucks, please use the VIN located on the door so we can verify the weight.
