Due to construction on Main Street, this year’s Fall Fun Festival Parade will take a new route along R.D. Mize Road.

The parade will begin and end in the same areas as previous years, but it will NOT travel down Main Street or 10th Street this year.

Okay friends, it’s officially crunch time for Simply Me. 🖤

I have just a few weeks left to photograph this year’s participants before we get ready for the gallery!

Simply Me is for kids with personality. The goofy ones. The quiet ones. The confident ones. The ones with a world-class side-eye. Basically, the kids who are VERY good at being themselves.

We keep everything else simple and create black and white portraits that capture exactly who they are right now.

And then we turn those personalities into ART. 🙌

Every participant will have a portrait featured in our local gallery at Sinclair’s Restaurant on October 6, with one image also being selected for a private international gallery.

I need to have everyone photographed by September 23, so if you’ve been thinking about this one, now is the time!
