You are invited to a Hud training event tomorrow, Monday April 27, 2025 at Realty Professionals Heartland in blue Springs 403 NW. State Route seven.
Lunch will be served at noon
The meeting starts at 10 AM and will last until noon

Here it is!

There is currently a lot of buzz regarding real estate commission and who pays it. There have been recent changes (effec􀆟ve 8.17.24) implemented by the Na􀆟onal Associa􀆟on of Realtors to address this.
MHDC current guidelines state that MHDC buyers may not pay real estate commission or any real estate admin fees. There is no imminent change expected to this guideline. Please con􀆟nue to ensure that homebuyers using MHDC programs do not pay real estate commission.
