On April 7, the future of public safety in our community is on the ballot.
Central Jackson Firefighters are asking you to vote YES on Questions 1 & 2.
When you approve both measures:
✅ There is NO tax increase Bond
✅ A ½ cent Sales Tax that will actually LOWER existing property taxes.
✅ We can replace and repair outdated facilities and equipment.
✅ We can add additional equipment and firefighters to meet growing demand.
Over the last 10 years, emergency calls for service have increased by more than 50%. Our firefighters are responding more often, with aging facilities and equipment that were not designed for today’s call volume. Questions 1 & 2 ensure we can continue providing the level of protection our community expects and deserves — without raising your taxes.
This is about keeping response times low, maintaining safe staffing, and making sure we have the tools necessary to protect you and your family.
On April 7, join us in voting YES on Questions 1 & 2 to keep our community safe.
We are proud to serve you — and we’re committed to being ready when you call.

This Labor Day weekend you may run into a few of our firefighters standing on the street corners. They are not for hire, but they are collecting money. They are trying to “Fill The Boot” for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The IAFF and MDA have partnered together for over 70 years.

While they are out collecting money just know that each penny raised goes to support groundbreaking research, expert care, and advocacy for people with neuromuscular diseases.

Feel free to use our QR code to help support our mission. Each donation, no matter how big or small, makes an impact on thousands of lives.

Thank you Governor Mike Kehoe for standing with Missouri’s first responders.
