🚧 Progress is taking shape on the Little Blue Trace Trail Bridge Replacement project! Crews moved the bridge into place onto the abutments on Thursday May 28th as this exciting trail improvement continues to come together. Stay tuned for more updates as work moves forward! This bridge is replacing the old one at Little Blue Trace near M-78 and Bundschu Road.

🎬 SAND CINEMA IS BACK! 🎬

Our annual family-fun movie night returns for its 13th Year! Jackson County Parks + Rec's Sand Cinema brings affordable family entertainment to Longview Lake Beach for an unforgettable summer evening under the stars.

Our first movie feature is one of Disney’s most critically acclaimed animated films — Zootopia 2! The highest-grossing Hollywood animated film of all time, this record-breaking adventure is the perfect way to kick off Sand Cinema at Longview Lake Beach!

Concessions will be available. Bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating!
