Have a project- or grant-related question? We have grant resources waiting for you!

Community Connections sessions are open to WV communities, nonprofit, small businesses, and other grant-eligible entities. Attendees will be met in the order of arrival.

The library will be closed on Saturday, June 20 in observance of West Virginia Day.

Did you know Montani Semper Liberi (Mountaineers Are Always Free) is the state motto of West Virginia? Adopted officially in 1872, the phrase was suggested by Joseph H. Diss Debar, the artist who designed the state's Great Seal. The motto honors the independent, rugged spirit of the people who founded the state during the American Civil War, reflecting a deeply rooted cultural identity.
