If you are homeless, please text or call Yehoshua Help & Gratitude Homeless Shelter at 260-307-2205 (or email [email protected]) to schedule a time for the survey. Trained Volunteers will conduct the confidential survey. If you know someone who is homeless, please forward this information to them.
