COUNTYWIDE PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION FOR EVERYONE! Reservations: Trip reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. again.

You may call 824-4969 or 877-477-4969 to make reservations Monday-Friday between 6 am and 7 pm. We schedule trips on a first call first serve basis. The dispatcher will need the following information in order to schedule your ride: NAME, DATE YOU WOULD LIKE TO GO, HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE GOING, PICK UP AND DESTINATION ADDRESSES, WHAT TIME YOU NEED TO BE AT YOUR DESTINATION, WHAT TIME YOU WOULD LIKE PICKED UP IF APPLICABLE, AND A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. Cancellations: To ensure that we stay on schedule, the drivers are required to wait only 5 minutes for a passenger and then they are to proceed to their next pick up. Cancellations must be reported in advance to avoid a 'no show' fee. If you do not report a cancellation and the WOW! van comes to pick you up, you will be charged a $10.00 'no show' fee. The fee will need to be paid before you can ride with WOW!

Did you know Wells County has a public transportation service?
Wells on Wheels provides transportation throughout Wells County, and it isn’t just for senior citizens. In fact, riders range from newborn babies going to their first doctor’s appointment to a 103-year-old woman who regularly uses WOW! to get to her hair stylist! Wells on Wheels provided approximately 34,000 trips during the past year.

We took a closer look at who can ride, where they can go and how little it costs: https://thelocalife.com/need-a-ride-wells-on-wheels-may-be-able-to-help-p435-11.htm
