Wells County Council On Aging The Wells County Council on Aging serves all Wells County residents, especially senior citizens age 60+ and persons with disabilities.

The Wells County Council on Aging is a private 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Mission Statement:
“Our mission is to provide services deemed appropriate for the community and to promote independence, dignity and advocacy for all older adults and persons with disabilities.”

Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation Grant-APPLICATION SUBMITTALS BEGINS MONDAY, OCTOBER 5!

Helping Bluffton Homeowners Make Critical Home Repairs
The City of Bluffton has been awarded $350,000 through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA) Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation (OOR) Grant Program.

Homeowners interested in participating in the program may submit an application beginning Monday, October 5, 2026.

The program is designed to help eligible homeowners make necessary repairs to their homes, improving housing conditions, safety, accessibility, and quality of life.
