Thank to the City of Bluffton for hosting the Rededication Ceremony for the park today, as a celebration of remembrance for the Lee family and honoring all veterans. The City continues to work to improve and expand the park. You can now find a "little library" and "little pantry" within the park for visitors to utilize.

The City of Bluffton invites you to attend the rededication ceremony of the Weston C. Lee Veterans Memorial Park on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. The park is located on the corner of North Pine Street and Fort Gaines Road in Bluffton, Georgia. The park is now five years old and was established following the death of First Lieutenant Weston Cecil Lee from Bluffton. Lieutenant Lee was deployed from Fort Bragg, N. C. to Iraq in January of 2017. He was killed on April 29, 2017 . We encourage you to attend this event to honor all veterans past and present and to show our love and loyalty to the United States of America.

Congratulations to Cole Bruner who was awarded the 2019 Weston C. Lee Memorial Scholarship at Southwest Georgia Academy!

"For him to even be considered for this scholarship is so special because it is given to the student that exemplifies leadership, academics, athletics, and dedication similar to the way Weston Lee lived. The highest average is not always everything, but the character he is building is." (Leigh Bruner, mom)
