Two hundred and fifty-one years ago, a nation in its infancy called for soldiers willing to fight for something that had never existed before. They answered.

From the beaches of Normandy to the mountains of Afghanistan, the Army has stood between this country and everything that threatens it. That legacy belongs to every man and woman who has ever worn the uniform.

On the Army's 251st birthday, we are honored to serve the Soldiers who carry that tradition forward. Happy Birthday to the United States Army!

Most people don't realize how quickly an allegation in the Army can spiral. One investigation becomes a reprimand. One reprimand follows you into your next evaluation. One evaluation changes everything.

Working with a civilian military defense attorney means having someone in your corner who understands exactly how the Army operates, how commands think, and how to intervene before situations become permanent.

We handle the full picture. CID investigations, administrative actions, discharge proceedings, and everything in between. Early intervention matters, and a coordinated defense strategy can be the difference between a dismissed allegation and a career-ending record.

A U.S. Army Specialist served our country in Iraq and came home battling PTSD. The Army discharged him under General conditions. We refused to let that be the final word.

We took his case to the Army Discharge Review Board, demanded liberal consideration for his service-connected trauma, and presented every piece of evidence that told the true story of his service.

The Board voted unanimously to upgrade his discharge to fully Honorable.

If you or someone you know is fighting for the recognition they earned, our team is ready. Contact Military Justice Attorneys today and let us go to work for you.

A combat veteran came home from Iraq carrying wounds no one could see. What followed was a discharge that did not reflect his service or his sacrifice.

We took his case to the Army Discharge Review Board, fought for the recognition he earned, and won. The Board unanimously upgraded his characterization of service to fully Honorable.

When it matters most, we go beyond preparation and pursue victory. Contact our team today!

Eighty-two years ago, thousands of young Americans stormed the beaches of Normandy knowing they might never return. They went anyway. That is the definition of courage.

On this solemn anniversary, we pause to honor the men who fell on those shores, the ones who never made it home, and the families who have carried that grief for generations. Their sacrifice changed the course of history and secured the freedom we live in today.

We are humbled to serve those who served with everything they had. We will never stop fighting for the men and women who gave it all for this nation. Never forgotten. Never lost.

June is PTSD Awareness Month, and we want you to know: what you are carrying is real, and you do not have to carry it alone.

Up to one in five veterans experiences PTSD each year, and civilian contractors working on U.S. military bases and government projects overseas are not immune. Anxiety, flashbacks, nightmares, and disrupted sleep are not signs of weakness. They are signs that you survived something others cannot imagine.

What many do not know is that under the Defense Base Act (DBA), PTSD is a recognized, compensable injury for contractors exposed to combat, terrorist attacks, or other traumatic events on the job. Stigma and lack of awareness should never stand between you and the benefits you have earned.

At Military Justice Attorneys, we are here to help you navigate what comes next with the dignity and respect you are owed. You served. Now let us serve you.
