🌞 Summer Programs at Palo Verde Valley District Library! 📚

Join us for a fun-filled lineup of children’s programs this summer! All events are designed for ages 5–10 and are packed with stories, activities, and learning.

📅 Upcoming Programs:

🦈 Shark Week – June 16, 17 & 18
🦅 Bald Eagle Day – June 24
🇺🇸 Fourth of July Celebration – July 1

📝 Registration is required and must be completed in person.

📚🌞 Read Beyond the Shelves! 🌞📚

The Palo Verde Valley District Library is thrilled to launch this year's Summer Reading Program — and it's easier than ever to join in the fun! 📅 Monday, June 8th - Friday, July 10th

🌊 How it works:

Kids can check out up to 5 books at a time to read at home.

When they return the books, they get to choose a prize! 🎁

No signups, no record sheets, no tests — just reading at their own pace.

It’s a fun and easy way to keep young minds active and help prevent the Summer Slide 🛝

We kindly ask the public to donate books during Library business hours, using small boxes or bags. Large boxes of books, are extremely heavy and can cause injuries to our staff members and volunteers. Please call ahead of time to see if we are accepting donations that day. Thank you.
