Sandy Montgomery, Assistant Major Gifts Officer for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, was our speaker this week.
Alex's Lemonade Stand started in 2000 when 4-year-old Alexandra "Alex" Scott—who had been battling a rare childhood cancer called neuroblastoma since before her first birthday—decided to set up a lemonade stand in her front yard to raise money for her doctors. Thank you for sharing with us Sandy!
