Kappeli Kingdom

Kappeli Kingdom A secluded and guarded piece of land in the South Eastern most portion of Boca Raton, FL where the Historic Kappeli Kastle is nestled in.

From the Tequesta Indians to Silver Spoons and Luxury, the carved border surrounding the sovereign territory known as Kappeli Kingdom dates back to the vintage days of 1958. A prosperous land owner by the name of Arthur Vining Davis had found himself in financial irritations and enticed to sell this opulent and exquisite corner of Boca Raton for development and sale. These 450 acres had been platt

ed out for 742 lots, which over the years has been reduced due to its continuous prosperity and merging of adjacent lots to accommodate larger homes. This activity is just one of many examples that highlight the abundance of good fortune when residing behind these gates. In 1959, the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club was founded. The luscious and breath taking gardens that are seen upon entering through either of two heavily guarded gates, are comparable to some of the richest rain forests known to man. The diversity of Palm species alone can be demonstrated and personified through the exclusive street names which focus on some of the world's most legendary of Palms. The wild life that also call this area home are also unique to the area. Canines and Felines from all over the world and only from the finest bloodlines are included in the population. Capone Island

During the summer rain season of 2004 is when Swiss-Ecuadorian Conquistador, Michael R. Kappeli staged his discreet invasion of Royal Palm and successfully declaring thus lands as Kappeli Kingdom through its defeat. This event, known as La Guerra de los Ratones (The War of the Rats), had ended with the settlement of what is known now as Kappeli Kastle. A landmark that is situated near the original location of the first home built within the land.

We're very sad to hear the official departure of our wonderful, loving and generous King, Michael R. Kappeli the great. Once again, in a quest to expand our ties and loyalties with our foreign allies, the King will travel a long and strenuous journey to the eastern end of the legendary Long Island in New York. While there, the Kappeli Fort in East Hampton will become the official residence of the Royal Family.
