From the Tequesta Indians to Silver Spoons and Luxury, the carved border surrounding the sovereign territory known as Kappeli Kingdom dates back to the vintage days of 1958. A prosperous land owner by the name of Arthur Vining Davis had found himself in financial irritations and enticed to sell this opulent and exquisite corner of Boca Raton for development and sale. These 450 acres had been platt
ed out for 742 lots, which over the years has been reduced due to its continuous prosperity and merging of adjacent lots to accommodate larger homes. This activity is just one of many examples that highlight the abundance of good fortune when residing behind these gates. In 1959, the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club was founded. The luscious and breath taking gardens that are seen upon entering through either of two heavily guarded gates, are comparable to some of the richest rain forests known to man. The diversity of Palm species alone can be demonstrated and personified through the exclusive street names which focus on some of the world's most legendary of Palms. The wild life that also call this area home are also unique to the area. Canines and Felines from all over the world and only from the finest bloodlines are included in the population. Capone Island
