Grand Island’s historic parade returns Oct. 3, celebrating “America’s 250th Birthday.” The Cairo Volunteer Fire Chief will lead the procession as Grand Marshal.

Despite the weather being a little cooler and a little rain, the Boelus Days parade was a success. We are fortunate to have the support of our local departments come spend some time with us. We would like to thank Farwell Volunteer Fire Department - Nebraska, Cairo Volunteer Fire Department, Ravenna, NE Volunteer Fire Department, St. Paul Volunteer Fire Department - Nebraska, Rockville Volunteer Fire Department, and Dannebrog Fire & Rescue for joining us during the Boelus Days Celebration.
