📢 IMPORTANT INFORMATION FROM THE KENDALL COUNTY ELECTIONS OFFICE

Some Kendall County voters may have noticed that their first and middle names appear twice on their newly mailed Voter Registration Certificate.

We want to assure you: this was a printing error made by our printing vendor. It was NOT a data breach, security issue, or indication of fraud or wrongdoing. Your voter registration record in our system is correct.

✅ Your certificate is still valid.
✅ You do not need to sign it or return it to our office.
✅ This is your certificate to keep.
✅ If you would like a replacement certificate without the duplicated name, you may pick one up from our office.

We understand that seeing unexpected information on an official election document can be concerning. Election security, accuracy, and transparency are extremely important to us, and we want our voters to have accurate information about what happened.

Please see the graphic below for more information. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the Kendall County Elections Office at 830-331-8701 or [email protected].
