BHC is your local food bank serving 400+ families each month.

New clients must provide the following: Head of household name; drivers license or ID; address; # of persons in household & ages; SNAP or SSI printout, or proof of income for all in household. Donations include nonperishable food items, peanut butter, jelly, dry beans, rice, mac and cheese, ramen noodles, etc.

BOGALUSA HELP CENTER (Bogalusa Food Bank) WILL BE OPEN WEDNESDAY, May 27, 2026 FROM 8 A.M. TO 11:45 A.M. FOR DRIVE-THRU SERVICE ONLY. New and existing clients must enter our drive-through lane from 3rd Street only and stay in their vehicles. New clients must arrive by 11:30 am to register. 😷😍

To register/re-register at the Bogalusa Help Center, clients must provide the information listed below:

1. ID/driver’s license
2. Utility bill with your name on it
3. Date of birth
4. Telephone number
5. Food stamp card (if applicable)
6. SS or SSI letter showing the amount you draw
7. If you are working, you must provide pay statement
8. Name and birth date of all individuals in the household
