Westminster Woods

Westminster Woods Westminster Woods is a lovely apartment community on Avenue F, near the corner of Marshall Richardson Road. Most tenants receive government rent subsidy.

Our apartment homes are lived in by seniors (over the age of 62) who fall below the federal poverty level. We pride ourselves on maintaining the property and apartments in a manner that makes residents proud to call Westminster Woods home. National Church Residences, a non profit organization, is responsible for managing Westminster Woods. Trisha Crain is the property manager, Kelli Toney is the service coordinator, and Mike Paige is the maintenance professional.
