Area Churches Together Serving (ACTS) OCONEE COUNTY FOOD BANK AND CLOTHES CLOSET. WE ARE OPEN EVERY TUESDAY AND FRIDAY FROM 9:00 UNTIL 1:00.

WE ARE OPEN TO SERVE CLIENTS AND RECEIVE DONATIONS ON THESE DAYS. The Purpose of ACTS is to enable churches to join together to provide material and emotional support for those people with emergency needs who are permanently or temporarily within our community.

ACTS will be open this Friday July 3rd, but we will only be open from 9am until 11am. We want to give our faithful volunteers some time off to celebrate our country's 250 th anniversary with their families.

Happy Memorial Day to all of our ACTS supporters!. ACTS is in need of new or gently used cookware, bakeware, towels and washcloths. If you have these items to donate, please bring them to our building any Tuesday or Friday from 9 until 1. if you would like to donate funds for us to purchase these items, send checks to ACTS PO Box 638, Watkinsville, Ga. 30677. Thank you to our community for your generosity supporting ACTS.

Dear Facebook Friends. ACTS has been so blessed in having community support whenever the need arises. We are hoping that this trend continues. We are currently in need of the following: Gently used cookware and bakeware, home decor items, women's underwear and socks, Girl's (pre-teen) and teen underwear, men's underwear, socks and undershirts. diapers - sizes newborn, 1,2,3,4 and 5. We are open Tuesday and Friday from 9 until 1 to accept donations. Thanks so much for whatever you can provide!

Due to the overwhelming generosity of our community, ACTS will not be able to accept clothing or household donations until January 6th. Our closets are overflowing, and we are out of room. We suggest donating to Habitat Restore or Project Safe. We will still be accepting food donations. Thanks for your understanding!
