We had a great time at our Candidate Meet & Greet: Pinnacle Library tonight! We met so many amazing people! We heard from someone who will be able to vote for the first time this November, a couple who have lived in their home here in the district for 19 years, and someone who moved here to be closer to family from the Midwest, and many others! Education was a top concern across the board tonight (as it always is). Thank you to everyone who came out tonight, we loved getting to meet you!

106 years ago today, the 19th Amendment was ratified, guaranteeing women the right to vote.

Idaho helped lead the nation forward, granting women suffrage in 1896. But today, voices in our own state, including Doug Wilson, have called for reversing that progress.

Our history reminds us that rights are won when people stand together, and they endure when each generation chooses to defend them.
