The Commission Secretary provides direct administrative support to the Commission and the Director. The Secretary liaises between the Commission and its various stakeholders and constituencies and is often the primary point of contact for the agency's overall administration. The Commission Secretary is also responsible for coordinating a response to inquiries from the Idaho Legislature, the Governor's office, and other governmental entities. The Secretary assists the Commission in adopting and amending its rules and performs such other tasks as may be assigned by the Industrial Commission.
