We are a tuition-free public Leadership School that has been serving Boise students and their families for over a decade and have classes from kindergarten through eighth grade. We are also a Leader in Me school and have earned Lighthouse Accreditation for our work in nurturing young leaders to reach their highest potenti

al. We believe everyone can be a leader and we empower students to lead their own learning and success. The Leader in Me Framework provides a unique approach to integrating highly effective practices throughout our school’s culture. Instead of focusing on academic measures alone, Leader in Me embodies a holistic approach to education, redefining how we measure success. This approach empowers our educators with effective practices and tools to:
teach LEADERSHIP to every student,
create a CULTURE of student empowerment,
and align systems to drive results in ACADEMICS.
